We have addressed this issue and if you have not yet received your files they may be still in progress or will be scheduled to run shortly. If you encounter any issues or have questions, please contact your Customer Success Manager or open an incident in ServiceNow.

OVERVIEW Tangoe Mobile's Infrastructure Team will be performing regularly scheduled maintenance tasks for hosted services.
IMPACT Tangoe Mobile's Infrastructure Team will make every effort to ensure maximum up-time. Should an outage arise from this maintenance window, an incident report will be generated and distributed.

SCHEDULE Tangoe's Mobile monthly maintenance is scheduled to occur Saturday, June 21, 2025 at 8:00 PM Eastern. We have extended out this month's maintenance window to end Sunday, June 22, 2025 at 6:00 AM Eastern to allow for some additional back-end changes.
ADDITIONAL NOTES This maintenance window will be continuously monitored by both our Infrastructure Team and the Tangoe Mobile Monitoring Server. Any issues that arise will be immediately addressed and an incident report will be sent, if necessary.
