SCHEDULE Tangoe's Mobile monthly maintenance is scheduled to occur Saturday, November 15, 2025 at 8:00 PM Eastern. We have extended out this month's maintenance window to end Sunday, November 16, 2025 at 6:00 AM Eastern to allow for some additional back-end changes.
ADDITIONAL NOTES This maintenance window will be continuously monitored by both our Infrastructure Team and the Tangoe Mobile Monitoring Server. Any issues that arise will be immediately addressed and an incident report will be sent, if necessary. Posted on

Tangoe experienced external connectivity issues at the Tangoe Production Data Center impacting our secure file transfer protocol (SFTP) servers and eft.tangoe.com. Any data uploaded to eft.tangoe.com between 2:49 PM Eastern thru 4:17 PM Eastern may need to be uploaded again. There is no risk of incorrect files or wrong data being passed to the SFTP sites. It is highly suggested that all owners re-run / check their processes for accurate results following this interruption.
