IMPACT Tangoe Mobile's Infrastructure Team will make every effort to ensure maximum up-time. Should an outage arise from this maintenance window, an incident report will be generated and distributed.

SCHEDULE Tangoe's Mobile monthly maintenance is scheduled to occur Saturday, January 17, 2026 at 8:00 PM Eastern. We have extended out this month's maintenance window to end Sunday, January 18, 2026 at 6:00 AM Eastern to allow for some additional back-end changes.
ADDITIONAL NOTES This maintenance window will be continuously monitored by both our Infrastructure Team and the Tangoe Mobile Monitoring Server. Any issues that arise will be immediately addressed and an incident report will be sent, if necessary. Posted on

Dear Tangoe Client,
At Tangoe, we recognize the importance of service availability, especially during the holidays. As a precautionary measure during this time, we are implementing a freeze on Tangoe initiated changes.
This will begin Monday, December 22, 2025, at 12:00 AM Eastern through Monday, January 5, 2026, at 12:00 AM Eastern. Our freeze process helps to ensure continued service availability and reduces risk by eliminating any changes related to our applications. In short, no major changes will be made during this period. This is inclusive of system maintenance, technical deployments, application upgrades and scheduled patches. All regular day to day services and system activities will not be impacted such as invoice processing or system restarts.
During the freeze periods, our Global Support processes will operate as usual and non-service impacting changes will execute as planned. We will not schedule any maintenance that will impact client services during this time unless it is approved emergency maintenance.
Emergency maintenance changes can be done to address any production, UAT, sandbox or beta system issues. These will be reviewed by Tangoe Senior Level Management for approval. Any other maintenance request deemed not to be an emergency change will require Tangoe Executive Level Management review and approval.
